U4S-T-LB, the Milanese lab takes a further step forward, stripping the military watch of all excess to reach its purest form.
The true revolution of this reference lies in the material: Grade 2 titanium. Featuring a 40mm sandblasted case, the watch’s structure ensures exceptional strength while weighing just 61 grams head-only. This choice is not merely aesthetic but functional, offering superior wrist comfort during daily wear or intense activities.

The element that immediately captures the eye is the California-style dial. This layout, which alternates Roman and Arabic numerals, is a direct nod to vintage military timepieces, reinterpreted here in a modern sandblasted titanium color.

- Titanium Color Phantom Ladder Hands: Color-coordinated with the case, paired with a reverse lollipop seconds hand featuring a cool gray tip.
- Sapphire Crystal: A 2.8mm thick flat crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating to minimize distractions.
Swiss Mechanics and tactical details
Beneath the surface beats the reliable heart of the Sellita SW200-1 b Swiss automatic movement. Each piece is individually tested for accuracy and water resistance. Speaking of durability, the U4S-T-LB is built for adventure, with water resistance guaranteed up to 300 meters (30 atm / 1000 ft).
The finishing touch is the screw-down caseback, which features an engraving inspired by NATO Joint Military Symbology. This subtle detail adds depth and character, reinforcing the watch’s utilitarian spirit.
