Yema Superman CMM.20 Automatic Watch

This is a more elegant and refined reinterpretation of the iconic Superman model. This timepiece is powered by the CMM.20 micro-rotor manufacture calibre and is offered in two appealing colour variants.

The model stands out for its 39mm case, completely redesigned to be thinner and enhanced by sophisticated finishes. The bracelet has also been updated: an elegant 20mm slim scale bracelet that tapers gradually towards the clasp, integrating perfectly into the curved lugs of the case.

This interpretation of the Superman proves to be versatile and slender, adapting harmoniously to every wrist. Its refined silhouette makes it particularly suitable for daily use, but it boasts even greater sophistication when paired with formal attire.

Calibre and Performance
The beating heart of this timepiece is the Manufacture Morteau 20 micro-rotor Calibre. This is a self-winding mechanical movement, whose rotor is mounted on ball bearings to ensure optimal efficiency. With a notable 70-hour power reserve, the watch can be left unworn for almost three days without needing to be manually wound.

It operates at a frequency of 28,800 alternations per hour (A/h), resulting in a smooth sweep of the hands and high precision. Its essential functions include the display of hours, minutes, and seconds. Particularly noteworthy is its chronometric precision, with a carefully regulated maximum deviation between -3 and +7 seconds per day.

Case, Dimensions, and Materials
The case is made from 316L stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance, and features a predominantly vertically brushed finish, elegantly broken up by a polished bevel that adds a touch of refinement.

With a diameter of 39 mm and a thickness of just 9.95 mm, it is positioned as a modernly sized yet extremely wearable and discreet watch. The lug width is 20 mm. Protecting the dial is a 2.00 mm double-domed sapphire crystal, a material exceptionally resistant to scratches.

Dial, Hands, and Luminous Details
The dial is finished with lacquered enamel, giving it a deep and lustrous appearance. The indices are printed, while the hour and minute hands are made of polished stainless steel. To ensure legibility in low light conditions, the indices and main hands are treated with Super-LumiNova C1 Grade A, as is the second hand, which is white.

Bracelet and Clasp
The watch is secured to the wrist by a 316L stainless steel bracelet that mirrors the brushed finish of the case. Its security is ensured by a double-security folding clasp, which includes a practical diving extension, designed to allow the watch to be worn over a diving suit.

Bezel and Diving Features
As a diver's watch, it is equipped with a unidirectional diving bezel, which is crucial for monitoring dive times and preventing accidental measurements that could compromise safety. The bezel insert is made of sapphire and features a clear 0 to 60 graduation.

A luminescent marker, also treated with Super-LumiNova C1 Grade A, is positioned at 12 o'clock. The robustness is reinforced by a mechanical bezel lock, a system patented since 1967. The crown is screw-down and features an embossed YEMA logo, contributing to the exceptional level of water resistance of 30 BAR (300 metres / 990 feet), making it suitable for professional diving.
