The case measures 39 mm in diameter with a slim profile of 9.75 mm. The navy blue dial with a radial gradient is protected by a 2.00 mm domed K1 mineral crystal. The watch iswater resistance up to 200 meters (20 bar) thanks to the screw-down crown—decorated with the French Navy’s anchor in relief—and the unidirectional rotating bezel made of K1 mineral glass. The Seiko VH31 quartz-powered movement controls the hours, minutes, and sweep seconds functions. Suitable for diving and water sports.

The watch is powered by the Seiko VH31 quartz movement. Its unique feature lies in the movement of the second hand: rather than ticking off each second like traditional quartz watches, it moves in a smooth sweep at 4 beats per second (sweep second), offering the visual appeal of an automatic watch combined with the precision and practicality of quartz.
What material is the case made of, and will the finish wear off over time?
The case is made of 316L stainless steel with an IP-bronze (ion plating) coating. Unlike solid bronze, which oxidizes to form a dark patina and can stain the skin, the IP treatment preserves the bronze hue and finish over time without being affected by contact with water or sweat.
What does the included strap look like?
The watch features the official 19-mm Marine Nationale strap, crafted in the classic “parachute” style from navy blue elastic fabric. It is breathable, extremely durable, water-repellent, and easily adjustable.
Is the watch suitable for diving and swimming?
Yes, it is water-resistant to 200 meters (20 bar / 20 ATM). The screw-down crown and the unidirectional rotating K1 mineral glass diving bezel ensure safe use in the ocean, in the pool, and during water sports.
