This limited edition Seiko watch was made for the 10th anniversary of the world's first GPS Solar watch created by Seiko and represents the "solidity" of its technological design; there are only 1,500 pieces of this model available worldwide.

Seiko Astron is the world's first GPS solar watch, powered by light, automatically adjusted to the correct time using the latest GPS technology.
This model also features the 5X caliber with enhanced functionality.

To improve the speed and quality of the GPS connection, every component of the GPS module has been redesigned. Operation of the 5X caliber is also faster and more intuitive than ever. For example, it only takes three seconds to advance 14 hours from Tokyo to New York, thanks to the system that independently moves the hour, minute and second hands. The functions allow for easy adjustment of daylight saving time and give the wearer the ability to instantly change the main dial from home to local time and vice versa. When a time zone adjustment is needed, just press a button and the hands move faster than ever to the exact local time.
