Maurice Lacroix surprises us once again with a series of bright and original watches created inspired by 3x3 street basketball. In this new collection, precision, excellent readability and extraordinary levels of comfort during use are combined with sustainability, accessibility and style: all models are produced in upcycling plastic subtracted from the oceans and fiberglass.

The Aikon #Tide watch is made of upcycling plastic subtracted from the oceans and fiberglass. The material that composes it is twice as hard as normal plastic, while compared to PET it boasts a resistance five times greater. Bezel, case, back, crown, lugs and buckle of the new model are all made of this material. 17 bottles are enough to make a fantastic watch and its packaging.

The watch has a case that measures 40 mm in diameter and features a flat sapphire crystal to ensure excellent readability in any condition. The AIKON #tide is embellished with a screw-down crown and case back, details that make the model even waterproof to 100 meters. The model is also equipped with the Easy Strap Exchange System which allows the owner to change the strap easily, without the aid of special tools.

The #tide watch is powered by a quartz movement that guarantees functionality and precision.
